Process
Week 1
This week, we received a briefing on how the module will be run. After that, we were split into groups to work on a project that will last until the end of the semester. We introduced ourselves to each other and had a quick discussion about our plans for the project.
Week 2
In Week 2, we were tasked with finalizing our personas, empathy map, and survey. So, we started by dividing the work and assigning tasks to each group member. Rachel and I took on the survey, and once we finished creating it, we shared it across various social media platforms. After collecting responses, we analyzed the data and handed it over to Vincent and Ben, who then worked on the personas and empathy map.

Week 3
This week, we're scheduled to present our research findings to the business school. During the interview, we asked them more questions about the concept they envision for the product. Although they seemed unsure of exactly what they wanted, we were able to gather enough input to move forward. Even though their ideas are still somewhat vague, we'll make sure to provide sketches and examples to help them clarify their vision
Week 4
This week, we had another meeting with the business students to discuss the progress of the project. During the meeting, they requested additional revisions and more detailed designs for the packaging. Following their feedback, Rachel, Ben, and I got to work on refining the packaging, adding new design elements, and making sure it aligned with their vision. We took their suggestions seriously and aimed to enhance the overall look and functionality of the packaging to better meet their expectations.

Reflection
This module was a new experience for me, and I felt nervous at first, especially since my groupmates had more experience. But as I settled in, I found it less intimidating than I expected. Everyone in the group was really skilled, and their hard work motivated me to contribute more.
Working together made the process enjoyable, even though the graphic design and UX teams (me, Rachel, Ben, and Vincent) had to carry a lot of the workload. Despite that, our good communication and teamwork made it manageable and showed me how much easier things are with the right group.
